This company came to our home in April of 2022 to give us a quote on a shower remodel. After 4 months I contacted them and they stated that the employee that had taken the measurements had been fired due to him losing the measurements and they would send someone else out and expedite the build. Now 2 months later and they have told us that our product is on back order. We attempted to get a refund but we were informed that they would keep one third of the deposit. Resolution Sought Refund the entire amount.
