Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Granite transformations installed kitchen countertops. The grout is cracking and disintegrating. They came out one time and did a poor job at 16 one area now there are several areas that need to be fixed and they have not come out to do that. I have talked to them several times, and they just laugh at me and indicate that they have to have more jobs in my area to come out to my house. Resolution Sought Come and fix my grout.
