Since May 3rd of 2022 I was supposed to receive a replacement of my cookware and never did. They sent me a notice that they would replace my cookware that supposed to be non-scratchable unfortunately this cookware was easy to be scratched and pretty much destroyed. Now they want me to send it back to them which I can't not afford to send these items back at the price that it would cost me. I call it fraud because the commercial says that it would not scratch or damage and that was untrue and they did apologize to me about the commercial and said they took the commercial down. I want to follow the spirit against this company.
