I paid 6000.00 to have a grant proposal in order to fund housing for homeless veterans. Not only have I not received any paperwork which I have requested, I was told that it's the property of Grant Express. I checked the BBB and there were no negative reviews. I have received text messages stating that the "Angel Funders" didn't accept my proposal my question is Why can't I have what I have paid for? Resolution Sought If I can't get the money back then give the proposal so I can go somewhere else. If this isn't possible then make others aware of this situation so no one else lose hard earned money

As per our signed contract, we do not guarantee that grant money will be funded. We also have, as per the signed contract, that money is nonrefundable. There is so much paid labor involved in working on these files. We are giving all our efforts to all our customers with an absolutely PERFECT satisfactory report from all our customers. Many have done repeat business with us. The COVID has slowed down Grantors granting money. We put together a group of wealthy businesses (we call Angel Funders) to try to fund some of our customers. This is above and beyond the call of duty but we are working very hard to get funding for everyone. Nothing we have done is anything but with the most dignity, professionalism and honest character. We have had an A plus rating with the BBB for many years. We even update our customers once a month. Thank you.

I haven't received any communications from Grant Money Express , no text, letter , or call. I still want to reach an agreement with the company.

We have not received any communication that you are not receiving our updates every month. We specialize in service to our customers in that our owner of the company talks to each customer, personally. She is available 24/7 to all her customers.
