Been a owner 9 yrs at terraces in r.p on Camino colegio. Constant bookkeeper mistakes sending late charges when all payments been made in timely manner .keep nickel &diming me late charge,penalty etc. I am on social security. Pay always by 1st.of each month. There bank in Las Vegas. Still get nasty bookkeeper letters. HELP! Resolution Sought Have them drop silly harassment &do better bookwork. many in 96 unit complex say they too have issues. Paid$3960.00 assessment on top of$568.00 monthly fees. Have all bank statements showing payments dates etc. They don't like me complaining about problems on property that need fixing, repairs etc. ok please make it right.
