On January 13, 2023, I placed an online delivery request with this company. The option I chose was linked to my bank account through Stronghold, which I have used before. Within 30 minutes of placing the order, to be delivered the next day, I decided to cancel the order via their website. On Tuesday, January 17, my bank had deducted the 35.99. I contacted the vendor, and they offered no apology, only telling me the refund would take 3-5 business days, even though I had cancelled the order well in advance of the scheduled delivery. This morning, I'm told it will take 8-9 business days. This is totally unfair and suspicious. Resolution Sought Give me an immediate refund because it was not my fault
