I own a max care plan for a 2019 pro master van .bought through my dealership in conjunction with mopar/fca. I lost reverse gear and park on july29 2023.I immediately brought the van in to my dealership . A week later I received a recall notice for that very problem .My claim for transmission repairs was denied .It was then submitted under "recall status" .I was then informed by my dealership that a 'hole was found in the transmission housing and that parts would not alleviate the problem .paperwork was then submitted a second time for a new (or rebuilt unit) and due to the ineptitude of Grava was submitted to the wrong dept ,as told to me by mpv. ,and still my van sits Unrepaired. My dealership informed me that new paperwork including pdfs was submitted and am awaiting approval ,I contacted mvp today to get an update on my claim ,they informed me that no such paperwork has been submitted ,and still my van sits unrepaired losing work,and valuable time not to mention utter frustration . I feel I am a victim of retribution for complaining about terrible service in the past from Grava ,I'm being made to made to wait ,never receive phone calls back when they say they will .given the runaround constantly .my van has been 'off road 'now for almost two months losing thousands in missed work .I am contemplating legal action very soon .,if this problem is not rectified. Can you HELP ME PLEASE ? before I seek monetary renumeration for lost work and wages and cost of my max care Ty. Resolution Sought I want Grava and mopar vehicle protection to honor the warranty I purchased, get the van fixed and treat me like the good customer I've been for the last three years, which I doubt, but hey, that's the The Grava way!
