I paid $303.05 for a $100 Trillion Zimbabwe note back in Feb 2022, but I never received the note, only the normal receipt. So I got a receipt without getting what I paid for, the actual note. I called them in 2022 (nothing was done) and 2023 to tell them I never received it but the owners basically told me they can't do anything about it. The attitude was "well I can't help you". You would think in a case like that, having paid them $303 for the note (and I have the receipt for payment), they would at least try to help but by their dismissive tone on the phone they apparently DO NOT CARE. Resolution Sought The Business should do the right thing and send me the 100 Trillion Zimbabwe note that I paid $303.05 plus shipping for. I still have the receipt for that note that never came.
