It all started 2 years ago when they started over charging me on my water bill. I lost over $5,000 dollars in grass and trees. They charge whatever they want and don't even read the meters they are also saying that we us 56,000 gallons of water when there is only 2 of us living at our house. Resolution Sought I want the over charging to stop and make it affordable so people don't loose all their hard earned money and work that they put into their yards.
