I'm a 69 year old woman confined to a motorized wheelchair. My medical conditions include chronic heart failure with 25 tinsel strength.; degenerative disc disease end stage since 1998 fractured from C1 to sciatic; achalasia and finally stomach has completely detached from the esophagus. October 30th 2023 the wires came out of my charger to the chair my PCP put in an urgent order for a charger replacement I saw the order of the time. Calling valley mobility and seating which would supply the charger replacement, I spoke with ErMelinda for the first time. I was told there was no order by her. Repeatedly I was told by her there were no orders and air seat because I am now under 95 lb and sitting on Bones as well. No orders 3 days ago Nancy Lopez with Gellard HC Services called well I listened on speakerphone. She was told there were no orders the pcp's order was October 3rd I had her get this before we called. When she was advised to that her response was "I said it aside with her other orders because I decided she didn't need it."to which Nancy replied " what?" She repeated this statement with no calls as if there were no reprisals or concerns that she had done this. Nancy then called Mercy Care agreements was advised if she put it in they could have it released in an hour. N called her back. Her response was no I'm not putting in an order I'm sending it to quality control. Her supervisor Ava would not take our calls. In the a.m. I asked for admin and got Eva: no knowledge. Resolution Sought The fact neither had any concerns about burying the orders was a major concern to me I worked healthcare my whole life. The agency is obviously failing the people it's meant to serve. The statements in themselves speak volumes I explained it was the same as withholding my oxygen. I also explained how would a supervisor not know that it representative is very in orders all of mine. How many other people has this happened to you at the hands of these people. How many gave up? How many injured?
