I had a water leak and was provided a leak forgiveness and put on a payment plan for $612.50 which I paid more than was due each time as was paying $51,04 payment plan plus bill each month with this starting with my October bill…was on auto pay until this as has to come off to be on payment plan. Was one day late on December payment and was dropped from plan. Never late never owing money until now..Stacy was fantastic on the front end but have been unable to get in touch with her. Everyone else has not followed up since before the holiday despite being told it was under review. Terrible communication and awful company overall-was just told could not speak to a supervisor as would be put on a list for a call back in 24-48 hours…
