I ordered (4) $50.00 gift cards from Great Wolf Lodge. I called, ordered the cards and Great Wolf charged my bank debit card $200.00 I got 4 cards but got an email saying they had been canceled. I called and complained so Great Wolf sent me 4 new cards. When I got online to check the balance, they were not activated. I have complained 3 times to no avail. I wanted the cards as a Christmas gift. I have requested a refund but have gotten nothing, I want my money back! Resolution Sought I want my $200.00 refunded! I don't trust this company. Their business rating is an F.
