My family and stay at great wolf lodge on June 30th 2024 to July 3th 2024 and I paid for our stay in full as well as an extra day that we were offered for an additional 80 ....on July 3 we were do to check out when I kept getting Alerts about charges to my card. 1 was for $100 1 + $106+ $111. 00iwent to the front desk and spoke with a Representative Who could not explain the charges to me and didn't understand them herself. She said she saw that I paid everything and that she didn't understand the extra charge . She didn't understand where the charges kept coming from. So she put in a note with her manager. As well as the manager tried to assess it and they couldn't understand what was going on, so I was told to call and speak with the financial department. The charges kept coming on July the 10th a Filed a claim. and I still never heard back anything on Tuesday, July 23rd, my card was charged again and this. Time they succeeded in taking money from me. I don't owe great Wolf any money I don't understand the issue with them. We've stayed there before and now, all of a sudden, I'm being charged monies that's not old or due to them. Resolution Sought Help me resolve this issue and stop them from Charging my card with unnecessarily charge.

Hello. My wife caught bed bugs from great wolf lodge in the poconos in April. Since then we have paid over $2k to get treated. Threw out our bed. Purchased a new one and have countless loads of laundry and cleaners fees from washing everything. My wife and I have been complaining for almost a month with no results other than they hired an exterminator and found nothing. There are numerous complaints about this location and catching bed bugs on the same floor my wife stayed on The fourth floor. Bed bugs but my daughter all over her back. I just want me money back for the exterminator and the bed we had to replace. Resolution Sought Pay for the bed bug removal and purchase of the new bed we had to get.
