What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. CELL PHONE COMPANY GIVING A REFUND

I have had a wonderful outcome from my complaint with Great Call cell phone company. Linda Fernandez was the only company out of 3, including my credit card company and the Attorneys general of Illinois and California although they did respond by postcard that they would look into the matter. Linda did more than look into the matter she responded immediately and actually charged right into the problem. I was so surprised to hear from her and even more pleasantly surprised that she was able to contact the company and resolve the problem. I have corresponded with Linda for several weeks until the matter was resolved and I can't say enough for her professionalism. I have already referred her to a friend in Florida. Gayle Miller
