Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I was left out side with no food and know where to sleep except inside of van and it was 32° out and I needed to get my stuff in storage in my case manager said that she couldn't take me until the following week in the middle of the week even though I said I was going to lose consciousness and almost had to call 911 from having ongoing diarrhea because of my IBS which is triggered through stress of my PTSD this is not right and some legal action needs to be taken to protect those that cannot protect themselves or have mental health issues I have been neglected left with no food and no shelter forced to use every penny I had left and a motel and storage then was told she couldn't pick me up until Wednesday which forced me to use more money that I just don't have so I would have to be sleeping outside again I'm going to spend one more night in this motel then I'm calling an Uber so I can get my stuff to storage and not have to spend one more night in a motel that I can't afford on top of paying for my storage I am homeless I am a single woman 41 years old going on 42 in May I suffer from depression and PTSD all she had to do was drop me off at the storage and then drive away I was going to take care of the rest and she's made me wait more days that I just don't have what do I do sleep outside again where she would be taking me as close to the woman's shelter as well so she's stopping me from getting into the shelter and getting a bed every day counts Resolution Sought My desired outcome is that no one else is left with food or no shelter with mental health issues but I know that's not always possible so this is what I will really like to see happen a case manager work with me that knows what they're doing and will pick me up in a crisis when they know ahead of time I need a case manager that takes my case more seriously and has the knowledge and tools to help me I pray that this message will reach Excel they give vouchers for rental assistance
