Water got shut off today 2/7/2023, I have to pay a bunch of fees and the bill to get my water back on..the problem was my meter is incorrect and I have been asking for someone to come and check the meter out...last couple months my bill was wrong so they went on and adjusted the bill...from $98 to $67 that is a big adjustment...it's only myself in the house. Unless my dog is using water...the lady in the office told me to take pics of my meter...no I shouldn't because it clearly states that it is something wrong with my meter not reading accurate numbers...I need someone to come out and check my meter very unprofessional to tell me to take pics of my meter instead of trying to fix the problem Resolution Sought For them to get the correct meter reading on my water my bill should not be $100 month just myself in the house

We do ask people to provide meter readings from time to time. In fact, it is an option on our phone system. Some customers call in reading every month on their own. I don't see an address on this to be able to check the account. The customer should know that their monthly bill includes water, sewer rental and sewer treatment. $100 does not seem odd based on this. With an address I can further look at the account.
