This company has been the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever encountered. In the arctic blast of 12/24/22 - I paid $299 for an emergency service call for a furnace I purchased from Green Air Care, BG, IL - 2 years ago. They disconnected the 2nd stage of furnace in order to get some heat into the house. The morning of 12/25 I had an error code on my thermostat and on the furnace along with a cold house. Called Green Air Care again who had us remove furnace filter, had us reboot furnace. Eric told me if or drops below 65 in the house to call him otherwise call office Tuesday. I paid $299 for this and they fixed nothing. Eric also said that when it warms up outside it won't be so cold inside. Seriously, how ridiculous is that. I need a furnace when it is cold not warm. I think my investment of over $7,000 should provide more than a non functional heating unit and a sharp attitude from this company. Here I am on 12/30 after a service tech came out on 12/27 to verify issue with no further repair. Going to order parts I was told. On 12/30 I followed up with Green Air on parts status and now was told it has to be re-evaluated AGAIN on 01/03/23. 11 days, $299, Error messages, intermittent heat and they can't fix a unit they sold. This is ridiculous. It won't be repaired on 01/03 since they are evaluating for the 3rd time and lack of heating issues remains. Plus the UV Unit has not worked and I have been waiting for months for th Resolution Sought I want a reputable company to promptly fix the unit they have done nothing with for the past 11 days and reimbursement for the cost to fix what they can't plus the $299 to be refunded because they elevated the gas pressures at double the recommended setting.
