On November 25th I noticed an unauthorized charge of $8.99 pending in my account after it posted I called Go2 Bank to dispute the charge. Go2 Bank said because I disputed the charge they have to permanently close my account and issue me a paper refund check in the mail of my account balance. I had to provide a copy of my ID and utility bill and they say after a two day review I have to wait two weeks for all of the money from my bank account to be mailed to me. Why am I being punished? Normally if an account is compromised they close the account but open a new one and transfer the funds to the new account. I'm beginning to think that Go2 Bank has an additional company who took my money and they became upset that I disputed the charge. Can you please help me get my money back faster this is all the money I have to my name and my bills are going to be late. Resolution Sought Expedite a refund check immediately that will be delivered within the next three business days

My Apple Cash Account locked and restricted my account permanently. There was no change in my information, and customer service confirmed it. Resolution Sought I would like my account to be reinstated and unrestricted
