Green Dot bank blocked me from receiving my IRS tax refund. I have verified and authenticated my identity several times and yet they either hang up on me or make excuses taking up time so they can charge me a fee for having my IRS tax refund on their bank. It's been two months. Resolution Sought I just want green Dot bank to give me my money in the full amount of my IRS tax refund.

Began sending emails thanking me for opening an account. Call customer svc and they started asking me ssn, phone, address, job, etc. Resolution Sought STOP! The bank is fraud.
