December 24, 2025 someone outside my accessed my account by USER ID. Turns out if you have anyone's user id, you can then get an email change and they were able to leave my number and use the verification process by email. Green dot bank is a prepaid paid bank. I called after I noticed someone accessed my account. I have called over 4 times waiting on a new card and asked to change my user id to securely gain my account back.In want my deposit back of $3,386 Resolution Sought I want my deposit back on 3.386. This was my VA disability payment too. Close the account and I'll switch accounts and hopefully they can make a process for long time members to change user id especially after the account has been accessed

On January 26th I got a direct deposit for social security and the amount of $994 on my Green Dot account someone hacked my account and took my entire disability check off my account I called Green Dot and they informed me that they gave authorization to a person that was not me to make transactions on my account and now they have taken my entire disability check off my account Resolution Sought I would like for Green Dot to pay me $994 which is the amount of my disability check that was taken off of my Green Dot account because of them giving authorization to someone that was not me to make transactions on my account and I would like for them to be held fully responsible because they readily admitted to me that they gave authorization for someone to make transactions on my account knowing that it was not me
