Purchased a card from Walmart put $400 on it got home tried to activate the card the card would not activate called Green Dot people and talk to them and they sent me to their fraud department and said there was nothing they can do because there's no money on the card Walmart couldn't do nothing and neither could my my bank couldn't stop payment on it or nothing. Green Dot card people said that somebody already took the money off my card so it wouldn't let me activate it because they said somebody already took the money off my card. Resolution Sought To find out where that money went or give me my money back I mean I bought the card from Walmart came straight home and it wouldn't let me activate it so it's it's got to be their issue because it was still in the pack not even open so how the money just come off of it

A person scammed me through a fraudulent apple cash transaction. I contacted apple who redirected me to green dot bank who agreed the charges were fraud but refused to reverse the fraudulent charges or even contest them anyway. Resolution Sought I want a full refund
