I purchased a Green Dot Prepaid Card at Walmart,and loaded $150.00. Upon opening it to activate the card for use, it was not activating. I called the number on the back of the Green dot card to have them help me activate my new card. Speaking with them, they informed me that this card was already activated under someone else's credentials. I explained to them that there wasn't a possibility for that. I just purchased the card, nobody else was around me or had access to the card information, so that wasn't possible. I filed a claim and sent in my Proof of Purchase receipt. After they investigated it, they told me they were not going to refund my money since it was in someone's name already. I don't understand how this could have happened. I have my proof of purchase and never activated the card to my available funds. Please help recover my money. Resolution Sought I want them to correct this situation. Refund my money back since I was scammed $150 from them

After purchasing a prepaid Green Dot card I used my balance down to zero quit using the card never touch card again for a couple years got put in a bind and had a deposit toward my Facebook did not realize that the old Green Dot card was my primary card instead of the account being closed and the money being put onto my other card it applied it to the active Green Dot account when I open the Green Dot account it said negative 146 after $100 transfer so over a couple year. This company charged a monthly maintenance fee onto a prepaid card account keeping the account active running at $250 negative in the hole although the prepaid card does not offer me a credit building chance of loaning money going negative into the account they put me in a position to have bad credit owing money on a debt occurred by running a prepaid Visa card $250 negative it's not an active account it's not being used there's no data or or information for them to process over two years charging maintenance fee to an active account to keep it active on although it's a prepaid card tells me that it's a crooked scam to steal money from people unknownly and I feel like that's crooked and I want something done about it and you're the people to do something about it thank you Resolution Sought I want my money back I need that money right now and that company surely does not and then they need to change their terms of service and not do that to other people or something like that
