On July 1, 2025 I, transferred $197.85 from my bank Penfed credit union to apple pay to put in my cash app account to pay a bill it usually automatically go through without any problems this time it kept saying pending I, contacted cash app they stated the issue wasn't with them I had to contact Apple pay which I did they gave me the number to green dot bank that's who they partner with they stated it was gonna take 10 business days to do their investigation it was 10 days yesterday July 15th 2025 I, call this morning July 16th 2025 spoken with Ms. Marcy from Green Dot Bank 1-877)233-8552 she stated they denied my claim because they couldn't determine any fraudulent and refused to provide me with any of the information for a supervisor name that I needed to report the company that money was for a bill needed to be paid now i have late fees Resolution Sought To please refund me back my full amount of $197.85 I'm on a fix income don't have money to give away
