Keith Webb, Founder of Green Hill Landscaping, insisted that his guys had been leaving a section of our backyard to overgrow because it was unsafe for them to mow/trim the grass/weeds there. He circled some overhanging branches in a picture by email and said it would be $225 to trim back those overhanging branches and make it safe for his men to mow in that area. We requested several times to meet in person to discuss these branches that they insisted needed cutting but he (refused to meet us ), and now I know why, he charged us the $225 and didn't cut any of the overhanging branches...just had his guys mow there just as they were supposed to in the original contract of mowing the backyard. Resolution Sought Remove the $225 charge from my bill because no overhanging branches were cut.
