Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

We are seniors. We were contacted by "Lucent Solar". We agreed to have 21 panels installed with lithium backup for $67,000. The company said we would achieve grid independence from PSO with the amount of panels we agreed to, after their analysis of our power usage. The system was to be fully installed in 5 weeks. That was January of 2023. The 21 panel system was very inadequate, resulting in the need of 12 more added panels. Another $34,000. The system was just approved, but it is still Not matching our very light power use. We started checking other solar companies and discovered that we were charged over 50 MORE than all other companies. We are paying $261 per month for our inefficient first 21 panels, and another $144 for the recent added 12 panels with two different finance companies. Brightlight, and Dividend. Our electric Bills have exceeded $200 per month with no significant reduction of utility costs. Greenlight Solar refused to give us our requested detailed invoice for their materials and labor. We are seniors on a very fixed income, now paying double for a Solar system that is inadequate, Lucent, and Greenlight misrepresented and deceived us into believing we would " Break-even" for a few year s, then start receiving paybacks from PSO. We have been hurt by these unscrupulous companies. Our solar output is not anywhere what they claimed, and their miscalculations regarding the first installation was. Resolution Sought We want the entire second installation costs returned to us by negating the Brightlight finances. That, or remove the entire installed systems.
