I submitted a deposit for removal and replacement of solar panels on my roof, assured I'd be put on a schedule as soon as they received my 1/2 payment deposit, after a month I'm still not on the schedule and they will not refund my deposit back to me as promised. I've called emailed and texted with no real result. Resolution Sought My deposit back into my bank account as promised, 4800.00.

I bought a solar panels system around 4 years ago for the amount of 34,422.57. The panels stopped working 6 months ago I been calling them letting them know that the panels aren't working and they been giving me a runaround I'm tired of waiting and paying for something that doesn't work every time I talk to the company I bought them it seems they don't want to fix them so why am I paying for something that is not working if the warranty is 5 years I'm guessing they are waiting for the time to run out so they can say the warranty is no longer valid if they are not going to fix it I want my full refund and they can take their solar panels. Resolution Sought Come to fix my solar panels system. If not I want my full refund and they can remove all the panels from my property. I don't want to pay for something that is not working.

Company has reached out to the customer to inform him that a work order is being processed to investigate his system's health. Once work order is accepted, our technician will be onsite to troubleshoot. Customer will be informed of progress.
