Green Solutions and Solar Renovations, LLC. Is a impact window, door, and roof company. We found them through the governors program for Florida homeowners. They ordered and installed impact windows in our home. The windows slide one-way. 3-4 windows are sliding in the wrong direction. We notices this after the windows were placed. When we called to talk to a manager they said nothing can be done. It was not told to us that the windows wouldn't slide both left to right and right to left by the salesperson when placing the order. We also told the salesperson that we would be making a full payment with our credit card before she drew up the paperwork. When it was time to make the payment a 3.5 card fee was included raising our payment by $412.00. The lady in the office Crystal said when we make the payment in full her boss may show consideration and look at our complaint. We call to discuss how we can resolve this issue, we sent a certified letter, and email to resolve the matter. As of today 8/3/2023, we have not received any response from Green Solutions and Solar Renovations . The windows were installed 6/9/2023. Resolution Sought Fix the windows that are sliding in the wrong directions. The window next to the front door doesn't open near to the door it opens on the other side. We have to push the couch back to open the window. The other windows which need to be corrected are the same way. We would like these issue corrected.
