I got a 350 dollar loan and I have paid back 133 a month for 6 months and I think I have 3 months to go I am being ripped off Resolution Sought Stop payment and maybe get some of my money back

September 20, 2023 Dear Mr. Luckett: We are responding to an email Green Arrow Loans (Company) received relating your concerns about your loan via a Company named Business Consumer Alliance (BCA). We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns. Be advised, nothing in this communication should be construed as a waiver of the Tribe's or the Company's sovereign immunity, all of which are expressly preserved. Our records show that you were approved for a loan in May 2023, in the amount of $350.00. At this time, you received a copy of your loan agreement with clearly outlined the Truth in Lending Disclosures (TILA), along with the Terms and Conditions of the loan. The Company shows that we have had communication with you over the last few months answering questions regarding your loan, i.e., interest rates. We always explain to our customers that they can pay their loan off at any time or make additional payments to save on interest. It is always our goal to work with our customers when they have concerns to come to an amicable resolution, this is the first we are hearing about your concerns. The Company shows that you have made 7 payments of $133.19 (each) for a total of $932.23 toward your loan. In an effort to resolve your concerns and as a gesture of goodwill, the Company is willing to waive any remaining amount due and consider your loan as paid. There are no further payments due on your loan. We hope this resolves your concerns and we will consider this matter as satisfied and closed. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
