Hello me and my fiance went to there company and filed for a rental property in local mobile home park and was denied because of my credit being 480 with prior bankruptcy and her credit was above 600 as I have a co worker with college buddies with no credit was approved that discrimination. Resolution Sought Offer us what we was looking for a rental property for rent between 575 to 750 a month.

The complainant is wrong! We do not lease to college students without credit, unless their parents do have good credit and have guaranteed payment. The complainant by his admission has poor credit and does not qualify. Ms. Castillo stated in her application that "they (landlord) want me out because I don't qualify (?) for low income." "Don't want part payments." Therefore, the management denied their application. There is no settlement.
