I traded in my 2015 Ford escape to green light auto on July 16th for a 2016 Honda. they told us that it would be financed through capital one bank. But capital one sent us a letter that they will not do it now. Green light was to pay off my car, they told me it had been sent in and never was so I was still making payments on it. I got a temporary plate for 30 days. And then had to go get an extension for another 30 days. now I only have 10 more days on this one and they have not provided a title or plate that I have paid for. Resolution Sought My title and plate and financing.

Company states; It is apparent Mr. Frye has not been checking his incoming mail nor his finances with Cap one. The payoff, title work and registration have been completed since Sept 9th or prior. Title work submitted by dealer to DMV on September 1st. DMV sent notice to Mr. Frye to pick up his plates on September 3rd. Mr. Frye failed to pick up his plates. Check cleared for Ford Escape pay-off on September 2nd 2021 - check # 2931.
