Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I signed up for lawn service and that was supposed to be $25 per mow after the second month instead of a charge of $25 I received a charge of 125 I immediately reported for dispute which they said would be under review and they wouldn't charge my account when it was under review of course they charge my account and now they're saying they can't give me a refund even though I have not received the service if they were going to charge me up front they should have stayed in that they misled me into thinking it was a biweekly service I just want my money back so I can cancel the service I haven't received anything and I paid them for the work that they've done. Resolution Sought I just want my money back they haven't done anything to her name or should they keep my 125 and they haven't provided me with anything to justify the payment.
