Lied to me about the cost of a maintenance plan. Didn't give me paperwork I signed been three weeks still haven't received it. It added 4500 dollars plus Intrest at 13.25 percent and added 125 a month to payments for 75 payments. I tried to return the auto 2 days later and they told me I couldn't my trade it was already sold. I talked to Ryan the finance person who lied to me. Left the GM, Michael's Hernedez still haven't heard from him. Also left Sawn Woodruff the sales manger 2 messages still have not heard from them Resolution Sought Get the additional financing off my loan plus intrest

My refund on Gap insurance. I refinanced with a different bank a month after buying my car with a cheaper interest rate ! I had to purchase a new gap through my local bank . I went to the dealership and filled out the request to have a refund on that gap insurance. They never turned it in. I went to the gap company and they processed it and sent the check to the dealership and told me to follow up with them . They said they got the check and they are waiting on the bank that gave me the loan to ask for it internally . So I called Nortwest Credit Union and was on 3 way calling and they told the former lean holder the same thing and they said they never heard of that . So the dealership is setting on my money that is due to me and it's not being processed. Northwest said they the dealership has to mail them the check so they can refund me and the dealership says they don't mail checks it's done internally. They said today to me the former loan company they can't help me . I want my money that is owed to me . The dealership will not return my calls said the new owners are called the Sonic and they are not at the dealership. I ask to speak to who is there and they say they are too busy . I've never had this much problem with a company in my life. Can y'all please help me. Resolution Sought Write me a check for the gap insurance that's due back to me because I have it refinanced with my local bank and I now have their gap insurance and I want a refund . I feel I'm entitled to it.
