Joanna brynn moakley told us while holding our baby, owner, our engine is "f'd" not a matter of if but when you and your children will b stranded on the side of road. Cleared the codes (told us she was going too) human to human she advise to take it to honda & don't mention this & go try trade it in!!! Got an email asking for a review of our experience left b a d review. Hit submit 4 min later brynn calls from a textme app saying "you have started a war!" I said im sorry who is this?? She said your worse nightmare! I have a witness who heard.. They will not help. I am waiting on manager to return to call me back. Natalie moakley is ass. Gen. Man. (Brynns sis) replied back to my message to the gm. Shane. & Have not spoken to anyone there... Since lawyer jonathan was speaking to ask for invoices & paper work (we have all) & brynn made a new invoice we never seen till the lawyer told jon to get the paper work! Nothing was signed! I have 2 small kids.. One goes to school. I have been struggling doing my best to get my preschooler to school & from.. They've did so many customers wrong! I have evidence of their wrongfully doing to the customers! Invoices, paperwork, witness. They refused to answer my calls. The receptionist would fwd me to the service center they never answered i *67 the # and barry answered he verified the car was good before & after his service & he did a full service check! & All recalls passed! Brynn looks 4 days later engine f'd??? Went for just Resolution Sought Investigate their managers! Research all the customers they have screwed over! I have over 20 complaints from customers service there! On file. Customers trust their lives with these people working on their vehicle that they pay ALOT of money for. They deserve RESPECT & done right Whole store needs to be under investigation!! For future customers! They could have killed my children cause of this. I'm a MAD MAMA & WANT JUSTICE! we r stranded cause of her! Scared to put my kids in my "safe car"
