my 2015 kia optima sx was towed to greenway hickory hollow kia on October 22/2021 flashing engine light and smell of wires burning to find out my car had a recall i was told it needs a new engine my car has been hit damaged on there lot busted taillight they fixed it, if i had not went to their lot i feel that i wasn't going to know my car was hit, they called me on January 14,2022 to pick up my car up its ready its fix, January 15,2022 had to have it towed back there flashing engine light smell of wires burning ..and im still waiting for my car to be fix my car has been at kia dealership for five months to day is February 1,2022 i have been there every week pleading with them asking how much longer will it be i don't have a car ...i can't afford a rental car they don't try to help you at all ....just lie to you i need my car someone please help us.. Resolution Sought to pleases contact hickory hollow kia on my behalf i need help with this problem for my car to be fixed and i pray it done right. Or tell me who can help me with this..
