I traded in a 2019 Honda Accord. I also used $850 as a down payment as well at a sale the dealership had back in August. I was able to purchase a 2017 Ford Truck. After the purchase I drove it night and very unhappy with the truck. I took it back to dealership twice and I was not able to get back my car because I was told it was sold to a wholesaler and I needed to see another manager to make another deal on a vehicle. My credit was low as well. I have taken the truck back to dealership 5 times. I went last night after I got a phone call from the sales manager about a bad review I gave them. I told him eventually they I wanted to make another purchase. He said he would try. He referred me to a car salesman and car salesman was not there when I got there last night. The other salesman said we can trade but it may take up to two weeks. The other salesman said he was just relaying message that the sales manager told him. The sales manager didn't tell me anything like this over phone. I tried to look at other vehicles while I was there and salesman tried to talk me out of it. I said I am not interested and I want another vehicle. We made another appointment for next week. I do not know if I should trust them or not because I have been there 5 times. All I want to do is make another purchase and not feel like I have been played around with management there. They did all of this within ten days and said with my vehicle being fresh buy that's why we have to wait. I feel shaky this Resolution Sought I would like the business to sell me another vehicle without getting the run around from management and having to go there lots more times.
