I purchased some tile flooring from Geer's in April 2023. We discussed a time and date for the tile too be put down. There had been a couple of cancellations on their end. Not having anyone too start the work. Or that they had other jobs. The floor finally got laid. We they got to thr end, they found out that they didn't have enough flooring. So that extended the project for 3 weeks and more. I have up until this time trying to commincate with Christy the Manager or whomever, then the phone is put on hold. They return and give me some other excuse. And here I'm to this date floor missing flooring and not completed. The company is not handleing this professional, I had too put monies up front before they would start. Im making payments on this account. There is a promotional deadline on this account O5/04/2024. I beleive that it is only fare that the company finish the floor. The last time I reached out to the company which I believe was the 1st week of December. I spoke with a sales person, they stated the flooring was there. Needed too find someone too do the job. Resolution Sought Finish the job completely too my satisfaction. If they can't comply with that the balance that is remaining on the account be Paid In Full before promotional period arrives, with no derogorotory remarks on my credit report. Or refund me the balance on the account.
