Back on June 20, 2022 I used 2 of the extra large double loader coin operated washing machines and both of them ended up with errors and it stopped the machines, so I had to take my bedding out dripping wet and put them in another washer and this meant the washer needed to start over and I'm grateful I had the extra money on me to get them washed & spun out. My wasted time. I made several phone calls to the local Milton laundromat number listed on the wall, along with a lady at the business text the head one to come and help fix the mess. I waited about 15 minutes before starting them in another washer. I even called the main business Greers in Burlington on Dorset Street and still I never received a return call. Which I did leave messages every time. A few weeks later after constantly calling I finally called and the Milton clerk (Jessica) answered and said she would have the Dorset Street main office put a $14.00 check in the mail to me and even took my home address and yet here it is months later I still have not received a check or return phone call. I drive past 2 other laundromats to go to this one because it is nicer, it is 22 miles out of my way and to have to continuously call is ridiculous. Resolution Sought Send my refund of $14.00 to my home AND If they are going to run a business be there to refund their customers and fix their machines, as other customers told me their machines are always broken.
