Purchased a Certified used GMC Sierra Denali from this dealership March 15 and on delivery, at my home, the salesman forgot to apply my rebate credits . He called the finance manager and he told me that they would cut me a check and mail it to me the following week . A few days later I checked my card account and saw they withdrew my $702 in rebate dollars but I have never received them . Resolution Sought I want my $702.00.

Working with General Motors to get this resolved. Case# with GM is 9-8379056732 and we are actively working in conjunction with htme to get this resolved. It has been passed to the Loyalty Support division for review and investigation.

Dealership did not promise that General Motors would take care of this, in order to get me to sign the papers on the sale of my truck the dealer promised to send me the money in a week, it is the dealership that I hold accountable, not General Motors.

It is a General Motors program that was brought up after he purchased the vehicle and we are actively working to get this resolved per the customers request. If it had been brought up before or during the sales process it would have been treated as a rebate per the program requirements. After the fact, it is a refund to the customer from the GM Loyalty Program. I can always have the points put back on the customers card for future use (which we have previously offered to do) but he has refused this resolution and wants his $702 in refund from the General Motors Program!
