Was told by the dealership the vehicle I purchased was ran through their service department and they found nothing wrong with vehicle. Spent 572.00 at alignment service for worn and damaged parts. Spent additional 1750.00 for steering stabilizers and shocks in order to drive the lifted 4 wheel drive vehicle safely . Still has a short in the steering column with causes the windshield wipers and engine lights to flash when moving in reverse, still has running lights that never worked from day 1. I took the vehicle back two days after buying it on a Saturday and the manager (Andrew) refused to refund my money for the vehicle or to make any repairs. Since not knowing much about four wheel drives and or lifted vehicles I feel like I was totally taken advantage of and mistreated when trying to resolve the issue with the manager. To the point of feeling threatened physically. I'm still finding more and more problems with the vehicle and the dollars keep adding up. If I would have know better than to trust the dealership , I would have never bought the vehicle for $25,000.00. Another customer had just brought the vehicle back after having it for a few months and traded it back for something different. I feel cheated, abused and taken advantage of. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for all costs and either repair or pay to have repaired the still existing issues with the vehicle. Which, includes running lights, short in steering column and any other unforeseen issues with the vehicle.

Company states they have reached out to the consumer and resolved this issue. We issued the consumer a refund of $2500 as per his request.
