I purchased a brand new 2019 Single wide 16/80 mobile home and it came with defected flooring possibly because technicians of the retailer left the belly of the home open and subjected the sub flooring to moisture which caused the floors to squeak like spring boards. The manufactured made several attempts to fix the squeaks but was unable and as a customer I am left with damaged flooring and no one seems to accept accountability. I've reached out to the corporate office of Clayton and and all they have done was reached out to the manufacturer with no avail of a solution. The manufacturer says they don't plan on fixing the floors. Now this was a brand new home that came with a 1 yr warranty and they dragged it out pass the expiration. Actually they played the notorious blame game with me and my wife. I do have videos of the awful squeaks through out the home, if needed. Resolution Sought Fix the floors is all I'm asking. We could have bought a used home and would better understand. We have 23 yrs to pay for their mistake.
