Gregg Maxx Studio reviews

As the professional Greg should've updated me earlier in regards to the setbacks he faced around full completion of his studio.

Greg Maxx was highly referred to me as a quality photographer with his own studio. I reached out to him for a private shoot for my birthday. Upon requesting his services Greg let me know that he'd be relocating studios. When I asked if he thought the new studio would be completed by the time of my shoot 7/29/18 he said yes. I provided my non-refundable deposit to hold my spot in March. In May I provided a $200 deposit towards his actual services. Two months before my event I requested to come view his new location. He agreed to meet up with me a week before the actual shoot was scheduled. The new studio was not finished and not located in the initial area Greg told me he'd be moving to. He was still actively working on getting the space into shape. After viewing the space and the location I decided to not have my photo shoot at Greg's studio nor did I want to utilize him for photography of my shoot. Two days after viewing this space I requested a full refund of $200. Greg asked if I would allow him a wk to get those funds back to me. I agreed and waited eight days and still received nothing. I gave Greg gentle remaindered about the refund. Greg apologized and then requested yet another week which I told him no, as I needed those funds to put towards rent. It was not until I filed a complaint via Paypal the payment option used by Greg that I received my refund in full on 8/10/18. I would like for Greg to be more honest and transparent with future customers.
