I bought a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander ES on 01/26/2022. The price of the vehicle from the papers I was given and from the carfax site $17210.00. The Iowa Vehicle Retail Installment Contract starts out at$19,480.00. Your sales agents told me the GAP Contract was $100.00, I was charged a $1000.00. I was never told about the Ethos upgrade that I was charged $3400.00. I also got a vehicle with no spare tire! I didnt buy this car off the street, I bought it from a dealership! That is a safety hazard, not just any tire can be used on this vehicle. Also when I had an accident and my insurance paid for the hail damage that the vehicle came with when i bought it, I want paid back to my insurance company, Essurance. I am willing to pay the correct price of the car as your sales people are deceitful, the lending agency is deceitful, your maintenace and car repair is deceitful. I would like the paperwork redone to show the proper amounts of the sale price, what I have paid minus the addon amounts that were not approved by me which is the GAP for $1000.00 and the ETHOS upgrade for $3400.00. Also the amount $1203.00 for taxes to reflect the correct price of the vehicle. Your sales representatives said my credit score was low and I want to see all the paperwork as i invoke my right to" The Truth In LENDING" Resolution Sought I want to pay the fair price of this vehicle and I want a spare tire and i want all of the monies that the lending company, Consumer Portfolio Company has charged me for late charges and any other charges they have gotten from me used as the price is paid in full. I would like the title sent to my address. The lending company has refused to change the date on which they want their payment, I only get paid once a month and tlhey refused my request. I have paid $10,000 and probaly more.
