I contacted the offices of Gregory Pierre on oct7th to give them a notice that my check could not be sent to the address he had after several of attempts of contacting him thru email he finally responded and asked me to send a confirmation email if the updated address and told me that it would be sent to the address to a domestic issue that I had with the person and had to place a Pfa on her . We had a joint account and she was able to take my workman's comp checks that were direct deposits untill I put a hold of them seeing that this was a recurring issue that to avoid this happening Gregorys firm was to send me the check to my new location i have emails to prove all the replies and the assurance from Gregory himself l. He sent the check that I later come to find out was cashed I contacted him and he told me to file a police report I did it he sent me paperwork to fill out and get notarized I did he avoids my emails only responding once in a while when I threaten with pursuing legal action with I contacted the bank u should have an answer and then avoided me again this issue has been going on since December 2023 I am starting to believe that Gregory Pierre has had the money refunded but does not want to pay me back I need help in this matter and what to do and to report the poor management if this firm assuring me that this would be all tooken care of and here we are what I tried to avoid from the beginning Resolution Sought I just want my money refunded to me it is stated that if the payee did not benefit whatsoever from the check which I did not and also for Gregory and his firm not to take on cases that he can not handle the workload and do as he agrees especially when something is confirmed
