I'm talking on behalf of my brother Melvin he's a senior citizen and I believe that they peer pressured him into buying a 2016 Laramie Longhorn so he traded in his truck is 2005 Dodge Ram for the truck but he wasn't feeling good that day he has vertigo and his thinking can process was not very clear so he came to our house and told us about the situation and he told us what they have did and he he was confused at the moment so we went and helped him to try to get his truck back they said that he could trade it in for something with lower payments but they sent him home the same night he got that truck with no paperwork and it is illegal for anyone to go home from a dealership with no paperwork to prove that that the car is yours so I went over there and talk to these people and told her that it's illegal illegal for him to leave a lot without any of the documentation so I asked to see the paperwork and they denied that for me to see it he had to pay more money to his truck back which he shouldn't have 2 had to but I don't know how they go about the contract they looked and even if he signed a contract and put money down he still had three to 10 days is what I believe so that's what we told him and he said no that was for door-to-door sales but it was for cars also I I know it was and I know they cheated my brother I just I think he shouldn't have paid that much money he paid an extra $6,000 plus 1600 for an oil change my point is they peer pressured him into buying the truck Resolution Sought My desired outcome is for him to be able to get his money back that he put in for the down payment for that truck which was 4,000 and then he paid an extra 2085 to get his truck back and he paid a 60 ac1600 for an oil change I just want my money back for my uncle I'm helping him do this because he don't think straight and he's he's retired and he's on retirement he's a senior citizen if there's any way you guys could help please do so I really appreciate it with all my heart thank you
