Keith and Ken in the service department tried to physically intimidate me when I went in to complain about how they tried to scare my wife into paying them $3200 (they actually wanted $6400) so our car would be "safe to drive". I was in hospital recovering from open heart surgery and she reluctantly told me what happened as she didn't want me to have another heart attack. My son drove me to dealership and I asked for my car and they refused even though a written quote and explanation of charges was requested. They said my wife verbally agreed. She was under heavy duress and felt intimidated and scared by Keith. I left a review online and as I was leaving Keith got 3" from my face and threatened to sue me for defamation. Now I understood completely what my wife had been going through with them. Resolution Sought I would like my car returned in the same condition it was brought in.

The customer brought their Jeep Grand Cherokee into the dealership to have the air ride suspension diagnosed and serviced, it was diagnosed by a certified technician to require an air compressor for the air ride system. The work was performed. Before doing any work, we have strict procedures to notify the customer and get approval. We did receive approval from Susie Vail, Patrick's wife. The parts totaled 2890.00 and labor was 740.00 The Vails owe Gresham CDJR 3643.45 that we intend on collecting, if we cannot collect this balance, we will be forced to file a mechanics lien. The security camera clearly shows Mr. Vail filming himself, sitting, then laying down in the service drive. Along with that video, we have sound video of you verbally abusing the service advisor and the service manager. Please see attached video, RO, statement from an eyewitness.
