Unprofessional is an understatement. Guy hardly said a word and seemed bothered by everything. I have over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry from audio to performance. My sound system in my car kept cutting in and out and I was just too lazy to deal with it myself. I stopped by Griffin Stereo to see if they could fix the problem. When trying to troubleshoot the problem before taking it to them I could literally hear a shortage inside my amp but I just wanted to be sure. This guy charged me $217.00 for a "guesstimate". He convinced me that my LC2 was defective, and I needed all new wiring. Suspicious because I knew that wasn't the problem but like an idiot I went along with it. All he did was look at my system, didn't test the voltage on any wires to actually try and pin point exactly what the problem was. As soon as I picked my car up, ironically nothing worked, it was doing the same exact thing it was doing before I took it to them. That night I ordered a new amp going with my gut feeling of what I was pretty sure the problem was. Plugged it up and installed it myself, haven't had a problem since. I waited a few weeks just to be sure, and everything works beautifully no thanks to anything they did at Griffin Stereo. Basically I got charged $217.00 for a bunch of stuff I didn't need, terrible customer service, and the worst possible wire installion I've ever seen. I don't understand how these people are still in business! Read their other reviews on Google. Resolution Sought After spending over $300 on my new amp which fixed the problem, the least they could do is give me back my $217.00
