I received this Reserve Power Bank 9,000 mAh -Black. on 8 /14/2020 I never had a chance to use this item it never worked and I tried to get them to replace it as soon as I notice this defect so this was maybe a week later or so. I were trying to send this item back to them and they don't honor their customers at all because they would not allow me to send this item back so they could send one that worked and they disregard me as a customer. I need your help in resolving this issue please so I can have and item that works I feel scammed. Resolution Sought To just send me a Power Bank that works for me and my business I really need it very bad.

We received a letter about a customer that had a damaged product. I know this case well. The customer sent a receipt that he modified with a marker to try and make it look like it was in warranty. Despite this we offered him a one time courtesy replacement with a Power Bank. Offering no further warranty. He then came back 5 months later and said the Power Bank did not work. We then denied him any other replacements. I can send copies of emails and a copy of the receipt he sent us. Sadly this customer is lying about the entire situation and we would not offer any further replacement.

This just shows how this company respects its customers, so now I’m a Liar. You take my hard earn money, send me defective items and now I am a Liar. I have your defective items to give back to you. Please send me a Power Bank that works and I can go about my way a happy customer. I can send the Power bank back the one you sent to me it never worked.
