This business is where people donate their plasma and it has switched owners THREE times since I've been coming. When I 1st started coming it only took about an hour now that it's grifols people are in here 3, 4 or more hours. There is 8 days back there and there used to be 4 beds per bay they have 6 beds crammed into one bay so they don't have a big clean up at closing time. But they don't have no room to really nice around the staff some not all are extremely rude there's a lot more playing in the back then working and they keep going down on pay. Resolution Sought I would like for them to either hire more people so they can get these people in and out. I'd like them to reprimand their employees to be more courteous to the donors. I'd like them to open all the bays so more people can be seen in the back thank you so kindly.
