In April of 2024 I went to their store in Atlanta and got fitted for my grills and placed my order to talking to 449.27. At that time they said 6-8 weeks until I got my order. It has now been 9 month and I haven't received my order. Every 2 months or so I get an email giving me a vague window of time (i.e. by thanksgiving) for which I'll get my order. Only to be told that isn't going to happen and not given even another time frame in which I MIGHT receive my order. They routinely post on instagram of other people picking up their order who undoubtedly place their order after mine. They hardly ever respond to my emails in a timely manner or with any sort of resolution or information. Resolution Sought I would like to get my order. But if that cannot happen within the next 2 week I want a full refund.
