I signed up for subscription and canceled it before 24 hour window was up. I never received any care from them and now they are charging me monthly on my credit card. I disputed it on citi credit card but they are asking I have proof I canceled it. I am not able to find any emails of cancelation. I called them over the phone and canceled. Resolution Sought No more money taken out of my card monthly for care I am not receiving

Hi Toni, I’m so sorry about this. It looks like you canceled your subscription soon after signing up, so we tried to refund you. You had already disputed the charge with your bank and gotten your money back, so the refund was unable to go through. Your subscription has been canceled since August and we have not charged your card since. We’re looking into what could’ve happened and hope to update you soon. Best, The Gritwell Care Team
