I would like this business to be closed for illegal practices or fined just as much as they have cost local patrons.

At this location they are using an illegal practice or a minimum purchase on debit cards. When notified that that practice is intact illegal they refused services and ask you to leave. An associate stayed that they have been doing this for 25 years meaning they have collected a unbelievable amount of illegal earnings.
