So, I waited 3 weeks to get my cash back I put down. They claim it went to corporate and they have to wait to see if I can even have it back because a contract was signed but no car was taken. Resolution Sought Give me my money back they lied and said it was sent to there corporate office but the office in Elkhart on Nappanee st is there corporate office.

Bought a car from them back in November with a promise to be able to trade it in in 3 months. Went in yesterday to trade in the car to find out that they charged me almost double what the car is worth and will not refinance or take it in on a trade. Not sure how it's legal to hide $12 thousand dollars in fees etc and then tell me I have negative equity in a car I bought from them just a few months ago. They were very rude and pretty much said to deal with it. Resolution Sought I'd like them to take the car back in on a trade for a vehicle actually worth what they are currently charging me. Because if not I'm never going to be able to do anything with the vehicle owing almost double what it's worth. My insurance Co wouldn't even be able to cover the loan if I had an accident.
