I had them out 7/11/23 to bid a project. I told the sales rep I had two more companies scheduled to bid the job over the next month. He said to lock in the discounts offered that day I need to put down 20 of the bid or I could sign up with GreenSky financing 12 months same as cash financing to lock it in and if the other companies were cheaper they would match the price. The sales rep Nick Toledo did not leave a business card and I never received a written estimate or a copy of what I now understand to be a contract for the work that was bid. It is their policy that to cancel the contract I had to sign a "notice to cancel", found within the contract, and send it back to them within 3 days of contract signing. I did not realize I was signing a contract for the work but only for the financing which I was approved for. I have called the company a half dozen times since 8/3/23 and keep getting the same answer that a manager, one name thrown out is an Adam, would contact me regarding my request to cancel the contract as I decided to go with a different company but I have yet to be contacted. When I have called and asked to speak to Adam, a sales or account manager I am told they will contact me and no direct contact information can be given to me. I am afraid that they will place a contractors lien on my house but I couldn't cancel the contract because I was never provided with one per Colorado's consumer protection act. Resolution Sought I would like it in writing that I am free from any obligations regarding the contract that I signed but never received.

The company did finally reach out. Adam the manager was very friendly, professional and did assure me that my account has been closed per my request and there would be no present or future obligations required on my part. The company resolved my complaint to my satisfaction.
