Not professional Fraud

Would give them a ZERO! Contractor Did not complete work started in home after receipts and invoice were requested in response to contractor asking for more money. Contractor was provided $17,200.00 dollars. I have pictures of poor work plus my home is still not repaired after contractor started on Feb.7, 2021 . Reciepts prove contractor misused fund, instead of repairing my home contractor used money to buy Persia l tools which should have already been acquired by company. Not licensed when started my project. Work is not professional more like diy and how to videos from you tube. No experience skill set. Contractor stole money and did not complete work.
