I purchased cologne on Groupon on November 16,2025. I never received my product and then notice that my item was shipped to the incorrect address, city and state. I've made several email attempts to Groupon customer service without any follow up communication. Resolution Sought I'm requesting a refund at this point

Thanks for reaching out. By way of background, Groupon is an online marketing place allowing merchants to post their goods for sale. At all times, merchants possess, fulfill, and ship the goods item directly to the customer. The customer provided an address for delivery upon making the purchases and the merchant provided the following tracking numbers for those deliveries: 9405536208235299186830 and 9400136208310301166721, and both were resolved as delivered. If the customer provided the merchant the wrong delivery information, the customer may want to contact the merchant directly for further assistance to see if the merchant is willing to make an exception to further assist the customer with a courtesy second fulfillment of the items.

I went online to order swirl wine on 1129. I picked the package which is 18 bottles ordered it and paid for it. It posted to my account when I didn't see my wine in several days. I tried to contact a wine swirl wine told me it's not their problem. It's Groupon because of the voucher. I knew nothing about a voucher. They said I did not fill out the voucher because of that I wouldn't get my one for four days I tried to get the voucher. I even tried to re-order 12 bottles and then six bottles with no success. I'm now out all this money swirl wine and Groupon will not give me my money back. It's nonrefundable they said and I cannot access to put these vouchers on please help me to get my money back or get my wine. Thank you so much for your assistance. Resolution Sought I would really like to have all three of these packages one for 18 one for 12 and one for six wine or I would like my I would like my cash back. I'm 77 years old. I am going through this for so many days. I've been crying in my house. Please help me.
