I went online to order swirl wine on 1129. I picked the package which is 18 bottles ordered it and paid for it. It posted to my account when I didn't see my wine in several days. I tried to contact a wine swirl wine told me it's not their problem. It's Groupon because of the voucher. I knew nothing about a voucher. They said I did not fill out the voucher because of that I wouldn't get my one for four days I tried to get the voucher. I even tried to re-order 12 bottles and then six bottles with no success. I'm now out all this money swirl wine and Groupon will not give me my money back. It's nonrefundable they said and I cannot access to put these vouchers on please help me to get my money back or get my wine. Thank you so much for your assistance. Resolution Sought I would really like to have all three of these packages one for 18 one for 12 and one for six wine or I would like my I would like my cash back. I'm 77 years old. I am going through this for so many days. I've been crying in my house. Please help me.

I looked up oil change coupons in taylors sc and the search brought me to Groupon, where there were a few coupons to choose from. The 1st coupon was in Spartanburg sc, which is not far from me, but the price was so low and I thought about the phrase, you get what you pay for. I moved on to the next coupon which was Meineke. I called today and the tech at the one in taylors told me that they didn't have a special that I needed to look at the location. I still assumed, because of my specific search, that it would be close. It was not. It was over 100 miles away in Columbia sc. I am now frustrated because I have been lead around in circles by Groupon and they have absolutely no customer service number to call. I am a single mom on a budget and just need my 47.99 back to put toward another oil change. Resolution Sought Full refund of 47.99
