Have purchased an oil change through Groupon and I couldn't use it so I requested for my refund back. Groupon sent me an email stating my refund will be refunded back to my account and that was August 24 but never received it. Resolution Sought Just want my money to be put back into my account

Thanks for reaching out regarding this matter. The customer used self-service options to process a refund for this purchase. The customer chose a refund in Groupon Bucks which was immediately processed to the customer's account.
