I originally had a credit for services I never received because the company never had any appointments available and instead of Groupon giving me my money back thru the original form of payment I had this high dollar credit on my account with them. Then eventually I started chipping away with it by buying stuff I liked. Well i purchased hair tools sets that I never received and they refused to refund me. Resolution Sought I just want my money back at this point because I've been going back and forth with them for months thru emails

Thanks for reaching out. The customer previously contacted Groupon regarding an item that was ordered from a merchant on the Groupon marketing platform. The merchant confirmed the item was sent, and UPS confirmed the item was delivered and closed the case out. If the customer did not receive the item, the customer should contact the merchant or UPS to determine next best steps. In regards to the customer being given a credit in Groupon Bucks and the customer now seeking a refund for that. The customer has fully used all of the Groupon Bucks on their account.
