I have been waiting for my car title which has been paid off for several months now. I have contacted them on 6 different occasions all of which were approximately one month apart. Every time I speak with someone they take my name and number and say they will call me back. They have never called me back and I'm still waiting for my car title. Please help! Resolution Sought Mail my car title.

Company states: We mailed his title, but it came back to us due to having a wrong address on file. We received his correct mailing address from BCA and we are re-mailing the title to him today.
